Ansell Capital Corp. (TSX-V: ACP) is a publicly traded Canadian exploration company focused on exploring and developing gold/silver properties with the potential to host world class, economic deposits. Ansell’s current projects are the Guljoso Gold/Silver property in Jalisco State, Mexico and The Redrock and North Battle Mountain Properties in Nevada.

The Guljoso property is situated at the Southern end of the Sierra Madre Occidental (SMO) mettalogenic province, which is the host for most of Mexico’s gold and silver deposits. Fury commenced a sampling and mapping program in January 2007 investigating several targets including Area Guijoso, Cerro Guijoso, and Arroyo Higueritas. The Area Guijoso target has been extensively rock geochemical sampled.  Results of vein sampling of three principal veins accruing 2km in strike indicated encouraging silver-gold mineralization to a maximum of 712 g/t Ag and 4.7 g/t Au.

The Nevada Projects lie within the gold-rich, Battle Mountain-Eureka mineral belt and within the greater Cortez mining district, which includes several major gold mines and deposits – Pipeline, Gold Acres, Cortez, Cortez Hills and Pediment.  Within the Battle Mountain-Eureka mineral belt, reported gold reserves, from 1996 through 2005 (including the Twin Creeks and Getchell gold mines), stood at over 50+ million ounces of gold.
